1) Flexible

A dog owner will get 100% (or as set by admin) before 24 hours (or as set by admin) of service will be
started
A dog owner will get 50% (or as set by admin) within 24 hours of service will be started
No refund to be provided once the service will be started
For example: if a dog owner books a service worth $30 USD per day for 3 nights (1 st Jul to 3 rd Jul, service
started time 11AM) with holiday rate $20, additional pet rate $10 and the admin commission % would
be applied on $140 USD i.e. ($30*3 + $20 + $30= $140 USD). If % is set as 10%,
A dog owner will be supposed to pay below amount at the time of booking

o service charges: $30* 3 = $90 USD
o Holiday Rate: $20 USD
o Additional pet rate: $10*3= $30 USD
o Total: $140 USD
o Commission: 10% of $140 = $14 USD
o Total paid: $90 + $20 + $30 +$14= $154 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time before 30 th Jun 11 AM, he/she will get the below refund.

Refund amount: 100% of (service charges+ holiday rate + additional pet rate) 100% of
($90 + $20 + $30) = $140 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time after 30 th Jun 11 AM and before service start time,
he/she will get the below refund

The refund amount: 50% of (service charges + holiday rate + additional pet rate) 50% of
($90 + $20 + $30) = $70 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time after service start, he will not get any refund

2) Moderate

A dog owner will get 50% (or as set by admin) before 120 hours (i.e. 5 days or as set by admin) of service
start time
Guest will get 20% (or as set by admin) within 120 hours of service start time
No refund to be provided after service started
For example: if a dog owner books a service worth $30 USD per night for 3 nights (1 st Jul to 3 rd Jul,
service started date time 11AM) with holiday rate $20, additional pet rate $10 and the admin
commission % would be applied on $140 USD i.e. ($30*3 + $20 + $30 += $140 USD). If % is set as 10%
A dog owner will be supposed to pay below amount at the time of booking

If a dog owner cancels any time after 26th Jun 11 AM and before service start time,
he/she will get the below refund. The refund amount: 20% of (service charges+ holiday
rate +additional pet rate) 20% of ($90 + $20 + $30) = $28 USD
If a dog owner cancels any time after service start, he will NOT get any refund

3) Strict

A dog owner will get 25% (or as set by admin) before 168 hours (i.e. 7 days or as set by admin) of service
start time
A dog owner will get 10% (or as set by admin) within 168 hours of check-in time
No refund to be provided after check-in time
For example: if a dog owner books a service worth $30 USD per night for 3 nights (1 st Jul to 3 rd Jul,
service started date time 11AM) with holiday rate $20, additional pet rate $10 and the admin
commission % would be applied on $140 USD i.e. ($30*3 + $20 + $30= $140 USD). If % is set as 10%
A dog owner will be supposed to pay below amount at the time of booking

o Holiday Rate: $20 USD
o Additional pet rate: $10*3= $30 USD
o Total: $140 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time before 24 th Jun 11 AM, he/she will get the below refund.
The refund amount: 25% of (service charges+ holiday rate + additional pet rate) 25% of
($90 + $20 + $30) = $35 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time after 24 th Jun 11 AM and before service start time,
he/she will get the below refund. The refund amount: 10% of (service charges+ holiday
rate +additional pet rate) 10% of ($90 + $20 + $30) = $14 USD

If a dog owner cancels any time after service start, he will NOT get any refund
